Straight out of the 70's

Step into a retro haven with this 70s-inspired kitchen, thoughtfully designed by Katie Fagg from Mastercraft Kitchens Wellington. The space embodies a delightful blend of practicality and style, showcasing stylelite acrylic, arctic white gloss cabinetry and sage green accents that pay homage to the vibrant spirit of the era. The kitchen boasts an industrial touch with a Caesarstone Topus concrete T-shaped island galley bench top, perfectly complemented by the intriguing herringbone light sage wall tiles. The elegant Archant - Colchester - butlers sink serves as a beautiful centrepiece, tying all elements together seamlessly. Further enhancing the kitchen's character is the inviting timber overlay flooring, exuding both warmth and nostalgia.

Transport yourself back in time as you experience the fusion of a 70s vibe and contemporary functionality, inviting you to relish the charm of the past with all the comforts of the present. This exceptional project also included a stunning makeover of the laundry and cloakroom, completing a comprehensive transformation that echoes the grace and style of the kitchen.

Designer
I joined the Mastercraft team as a designer after spending seven years seeing the world. One of the things I loved most about travelling was the diverse range of people I met along the way, and I have found this also to be one of the most rewarding parts of my job as a designer. I have been fortunate to work on a unique range of projects while I have been with Mastercraft and I enjoy working with my clients to turn their wish list into a reality. In my spare time I am currently renovating my own space which is a fun and challenging project.
